The Junior suite is pleasant and worth the money. Amro the assistant of the room is a very friendly and a helpful man. Plus he speaks good English. Also the day and night reception are nice people.

They need to upgrade the hygiene.

A good stay with some issues

- The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and polite. Although we faced some issues with the hotel, they were very eager to solve all the issues, so we can have a good stay. - The location is very good in front of a private beach and the hotel guests have a free access to it. The beach is AMAZING ! - The breakfast was good and had a lot of varieties. Overall, We had a very good stay and I definitely would recommend the hotel to anyone, but the hotel owners need to fix some few issues in the hotel and remove the unreal info here in booking.

- The family room info here is fake, the real one wasn't as they described here: * It doesn't have 4 large beds but only 2. * It doesn't have a balcony. * It's definitely not 62 m², it's around 30 m² only. - We stayed 5 nights and the room was cleaned only once during this period. - We always had to ask for toilet papers, they don't provide them by themselves. - The Wifi wasn't working on the room, and we had to ask them several times to solve this issue, after 2 days they provided us with an internet device that has a sim card to use it for internet connection instead of their Wifi.

I only stayed for one night.

I only stayed for one night. Checked in around 9pm and had to leave the next morning for a flight out at 5:30am. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. I was worried I would not get a taxi in the morning, and the guys checking me in was so nice and completely reassured me I would. I felt very comfortable during my short time there. The outside of the hotel is really pretty. The bed was nice and comfy, and I was very happy about the comfy bed because that is all I needed. The hotel is right across the street from the beach, so that makes the location great in addition to being VERY VERY close to the airport. I highly recommend it if you are just doing one night and need to get to the airport early in the morning.

The bathroom needs to be updated and cleaned. It is a tad dirty in the shower. I am a clean freak though and I had a similar problem at the hotel I stayed at a few doors down. It might be something a little typical in this neighborhood.

Good staff in a mediocre hotel at a good location

I liked the location of the place. You had access to the beach by ticket. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I didn't like that they say seaview and really only the front rooms have a seaview. I believe this to be false advertising. You an see a little of the sea from the balcony. My partner did not like interruptions when he arrived back to his room. They seemed to think that there was someone else there with him. I also didn't like the shower in my room...it was hot and cold..hot and cold. My first night saw one towel...and the the towels were not taken from the room to be cleaned even though they were dirty.

Good location, great stuff, but very lonely.

The staff was super helpful, and reeeaaally friendly. Especially Ahmed Mohammed. You get access to the private beach old vics and the internet is fairly ok... the view was also quite nice

The hotel is like a ghost building, during my 6 night stay I didn’t meet another person other than the people at reception. The breakfast was like one of those you get on a plane, but worse. Rooms absolutely not soundproof and very noisy when someone walks or runs (yes apparently running at 4 am is a thing) through the hallways. A cockroach crawled my bed and my pillow once, thank god I was not using it at the moment. Although the rooms and the hotel itself is fairly clean.

Beautiful place

Clean reasonable everything was nice and working except shower Wasn’t working properly but staff were nice especially Ahmed and I will go back I recommend my friends and family’s for sure.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel was clean and located central to everything. The food on the hotel’s restaurant menu was delicious and reasonably priced. The private beach was clean and beautiful. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Avoid this place at all cost - dirty and irresponsible

Bed was comfortable and it was close to the beach.

Room was dirty. Fridge smelled bad and had mold growing inside. i asked to have my laundry done and besides being the most expensive laundry i ever paid in my life while traveling, my underwear came back smealing like cigarettes, i got a pair of socks that did not belong to me and 3 of my trousers went missing!! Staff was friendly in general but they did not seem to care at all about this issue.

Acceptable as a very short stay: untidy, not nice but good location and good value for money.

Very close to the airport so if you have a flight in the middle of the night then you can book it. I personally would never book it for more than 1 night!..

Had a feeling that they never changed the bedding after the guests staying in the room before me. Because I booked this hotel just for a few hours before my flight I spent them in a room surfing Internet but being even fastidious to lie down on the bed...
